Cancellation and refund policy
Refundable booking: Guests may cancel or modify their booking free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If the cancellation is made less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
Refund and reimbursement policy
Depending on the rate selected, if the rate is refundable, 50% of the total will be charged at the time of booking. If the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the total will be charged.

To submit personal data on this website, the user must be of legal age.
In compliance with the Spanish Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD), we inform you that any data you enter in the forms will be processed automatically and stored in a file managed by TRAMONTANA SHIPPING SL, VAT no. How do we use your data?
